You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. agam79 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login details. You may request account closure at any time by contacting agam79 customer support. All pending bets will be settled before closure is processed. agam79 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
agam79 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time at agam79's discretion, including upon large deposits or unusual account activity patterns. Until KYC verification is successfully completed, withdrawal requests will be placed on hold.

All bonuses and promotions offered by agam79 are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Bonus Funds and associated free spins expire after the period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Member's account automatically and are not recoverable.

agam79 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
